Gordon Sumner earned the name Sting from the
black and yellow sweater he used to wear in the early days.
He was also a bus conductor, construction worker, tax officer and
a teacher at St. Paul's First School in Northumberland for two years.
He's playing at the Zenith in Paris tonight .
